SPECIAL RATES AVAILABLE

The NBASLH discounted hotel rate is $169 plus applicable sales and occupancy tax per night for single or double occupancy. Hotel rooms in the NBASLH room block is available to register attendees only.

Currently, the NBASLH room block is sold out and the hotel is unable to provide additional rooms. We  encourage attendees to continue to check the Hyatt Regency Crystal City reservation link below as rooms may become available as registrants finalize their travel plans.

• A deposit of one night’s room and tax will be processed at time of reservation.

There are three airports in the Washington, DC area. Distances provided from the airport to the Hyatt Regency Crystal City.

Complimentary Ronald Reagan (DCA) Airport Shuttle

The Hyatt Regency Crystal City offers a courtesy Hyatt Airport Shuttle to and from Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA). Use the Track My Shuttle information to know when the shuttle will be arriving. Click the link: https://www.trackmyshuttle.com/ when you arrive. The shuttle service will provide you estimated times to and from the airport. When opening the link be sure to use HOTEL CODE: 2799

Terminal 1 pickup location is outside the main doors. Follow signs for Hotel Shuttle Pickup. 

Terminal 2 pickup locations are outside of Doors 4 and 7 on the baggage claim level. Follow signs for Hotel Shuttle Pickup. Use the Track My Shuttle information above to know when the shuttle will be arriving.

The shuttle departs from the hotel front drive every 20-minute on the hour from 4:20am – 12:40am seven days a week.

Hyatt Regency Crystal City Hotel Parking Information

• The Hyatt Regency offers valet parking only for conference attendees with in & out privileges at a discounted rate of $25 per vehicle. Please note self-parking is not available, and access to your vehicle is limited to valet car delivery only. Plan ahead during peak times for valet service.

• There is a local PMI garage within walking distance to the Hyatt Regency Crystal City that provides self parking to access vehicles throughout the day and to access your vehicle quickly.
