Student Audiology Representative Nomination Form (Special Election)

Nominations are being accepted for a special election for the Student Audiology Representative seat on the NBASLH Board of Directors.

Nomination Deadline: Monday, June 5, 2023

Ballots sent to Student Members: Monday, June 12, 2023

Elections close: Wednesday, July 12, 2023

Term: September 1, 2023 – August 31, 2025
You may nominate one student member.
All nominees must be a full-time graduate student in good standing in training in the areas of Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology, Speech, Language, or Hearing Science, and a current student member of the Association. Self-nominations are acceptable.
You are asked to secure the verbal acceptance of your nominee.
Nominees will be ranked according to the number of nominations received.
Nominees will be asked to supply a verification of good standing from a counselor or academic advisor and a short biography, and photograph to be used by Association members during the election process. Click here for Academic Vertification Form.

All nominations must be submitted no later than 11:59 PM EST on June 5, 2023.
