Instructions for Registering a Group or Requesting a Group Invoice

Each individual/member should proceed to register online here and select the Pay Later as your payment option. Members should login to the NBASLH website before starting registration to view discounted convention rates. NOTE: non-members will need to login/create individual accounts to register. The pay later invoice will be emailed to the registered attendee.

Once all of the individuals have completed their registration, send their details to the NBASLH Office at [email protected] and include the following information:

  1. Primary contact for the institution/organization (including address, phone and email).
  2. First and Last Names of the registered individuals with the email used for convention registration and their unpaid Invoice #.
  3. Billing contact for receiving the group invoice and coordinate payment arrangements.

Once the information is received, the NBASLH Office will email the primary and billing contact the group invoice with mailing address for check payment. The billing contact will be required to process group invoice credit card payments by phone and a receipt will be provided by email.
