Cultural Humility Ambassador’s Program Application Invitation

The Cultural Humility Ambassador Program is an affinity community created to explore the 4 areas of cultural humility: lifelong learning, self-reflection, mutual partnerships, institutional accountability. The community will begin this exploration in October 2024 through April 2025, at the NBASLH Annual Convention scheduled April 24-26 in Long Beach, CA.

Activities of the ambassador program include: pre-conference learning session, the cultural humility conference, as well as synchronous/asynchronous learning opportunities.

The program will culminate in a roundtable discussion at the NBASLH convention. 22 CE hours will be earned by participants. See our website for more information: https://www.nbaslh.org/cultural-humility-ambassador-program.

CULTURAL HUMILITY AMBASSADOR PROGRAM FEE:

$250 for NBASLH members or $300 for non-members. 
The program fee includes the cost of attendance for the
Cultural Humility Virtual Conference scheduled October 5, 2024.  
Conference fee is $90 for NBASLH members/$125 for non-members
Conference registration will open in late September.

Your application will be reviewed by the NBASLH Cultural Humility/Responsiveness Task Force.
You will receive written notification of acceptance or non-acceptance by September 6, 2024.
